My next Menopause Yoga workshop will be on Sunday 29 November 2020, from 3pm-6pm UK time, via Zoom.

In this workshop we’ll be focusing on three very common menopause symptoms – anxiety, overwhelm and brain-fog. Three issues which can impact women whether they’re in perimenopause, menopause or the postmenopause years.

If you’re familiar with these issues this Menopause Yoga (MY) workshop could be for you. The practices are highly accessible and my goal is you’ll come away from our afternoon together feeling rested and inspired with tools you can take back to your everyday life.

You’ll also have the opportunity to share. In Menopause Yoga we take time to talk and voice our experiences. Menopause can feel isolating and being able to voice our experiences can be really helpful. But of course it’s not mandatory. And know that these workshops are not recorded and everything you share is respected and kept confidential.

There are just 12 spaces available for this three hour workshop and spaces are £25.

MY has been created after years of research by fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher Petra Coveney who is also a member of the British Menopause Society. Her Menopause Yoga Teacher Training programme, of which Deana Morris is a graduate, has been accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and Yoga Alliance (YA). It has been developed with the support of Dr Louise Newson, recognised as one of the UK’s leading menopause experts.

If Deana Morris Therapies needs to cancel a workshop, series, or training, you can transfer your payments to another workshop, series, or training, or request a full refund. If you need to cancel, Deana Morris Therapies will offer you a full refund, if your space can be filled, where spaces are limited. If your space cannot be filled you will be offered a substantial discount at an upcoming workshop, series or training or online workshops and/or classes.

 If Deana Morris Therapies cancels a hypnotherapy session, we will reschedule your next appointment. Hypnotherapy appointments rescheduled at less than 48 hours will be charged in full.
