Menopause Yoga (MY) is a part of what I offer women in the peri, meno and post menopause years. You can work with me at workshops or one-to-one.

My name’s Deana Morris, I’m a Menopause Yoga teacher and a hypnotherapist who’s fascinated by these ancient stories and regularly weaves them into yoga classes.

I’m also on the other side of menopause and so have the benefit of some hindsight, but I well remember what it’s like to be in the thick of that life transition.

I thought I knew everything when I was moving into menopause; I knew nothing. (Virtually!) I thought I’d have the same menopause as my mother. I did not. I thought menopause was just about physical symptoms like hot flushes. It is not.

In this three-hour workshop you’ll enjoy:
* posture sequences,
* breath practices and
* meditations, plus journaling tips for working with the goddesses in the future.

MY has been created after years of research by fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher Petra Coveney who is also a member of the British Menopause Society. Her Menopause Yoga Teacher Training programme, of which Deana Morris is a graduate, has been accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and Yoga Alliance (YA). MY has been developed with the support of Dr Louise Newson, recognised as one of the UK’s leading menopause experts.
