This is it. The time is NOW!
Midlife can be a magnificent time – one of transition, one of self-reflection, the one of gearing up for the big work. Oh yes, it’s all before us, not behind us!
But sometimes when we stop for a moment, look up and around, we don’t like everything we see. And if that’s the case, when better a time to take action?
Have you realised you’re making the same mistakes over and over – maybe at work, or in relationships or in your lifestyle habits?

I’m a Fifty-something certified hypnotherapist and yoga teacher with a firm belief that midlife = best life because, beautiful unique creature – NOW is the time when it all comes together.
But I do know what it’s like to regularly work 60 hour weeks in what feels like a thankless, unfulfilling corporate job where the only joy in your day is five minutes standing in a toilet cubicle, resting your forehead against the tiled wall, wishing it would all stop. Or maybe that was just me…? But I suspect not.
Today I’m certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy, a hypnotherapy technique that helps you quickly get to the roots of what’s holding you back from the life you want, freeing from the issues that hold you back in around one to four sessions.
I’m also British Wheel of Yoga 500 hours course-trained yoga teacher, especially interested in the yogic philosophies for women and how they honour us in every time of our lives, connecting us to our power and purpose.
Hypnotherapy and yoga have a great deal in common and they are both amazing tools for reconnecting with our bodies, with ourselves, with our emotional strength and with our mental resilience.
